SCOPE OF APPLICATION 1.1. Juan Alcantud Ramos with ID 47076659Y offers courses of different kinds under the Estualia brand for the preparation of official English exams, extracurricular classes, oppositions, etc. online and in person. 1.2. These Conditions apply to all persons (hereinafter “Stuent”) who make the payment of the course through any of the options offered in the enrolment sheet. The student will not be able to access any course or activity offered by Estualia until the payment by the entity has been verified. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT, DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES 2.1. Students will be entitled to be taught each and every one of the classes established for each course. The hours of the course will be stipulated by the teacher or by the nature of the course made available to the student before the beginning of each course. 2.2. If a student and the teacher agree on a class by video call, the contract on video call classes is established directly between the student and the teacher. 2.3. During the course the teacher will provide all the material for the realisation of it. 2.4. Classes may or may not be recorded, depending on the nature of the course, for educational purposes and/or to improve the student’s experience. ACCESS, CONSENT OF THE STUDENT AND/OR LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE 3.1. The use of the services requires acceptance of the validity of these Conditions. 3.2. The teacher will provide access to the virtual campus, as long as the nature of his/her course allows it, by sending the student his/her access data through the mobile phone number or email address provided by him/her. In this context, the student is obliged to provide an email address to which the documents can be sent. If this email address changes, the student must notify it immediately, indicating the new email address. CONTRACT FOR THE REALISATION OF COURSES 4.1. Contracts are concluded between the student and the teacher in accordance with the relevant provisions of these conditions of use. 4.2. Payment for the course must be made through one of the means provided in the course enrolment sheet. The corresponding amount will be paid in advance. Once the administration has proof of payment, the student will be sent the personal and non-transferrable keys to enter the virtual campus, as long as the nature of it allows it, and he will be given the appropriate information so that he can attend the classes of the chosen course either in person or by video call. 4.3. Contracts can be arranged in the form of different packages of hours, which the student must use within a Certain period of time. The prices of the different packages may vary depending on the number of units and the period of time in which the units are to be used. 4.4. The administration reserves the right to change the prices and hours of the courses at any time. Such changes only apply to courses held after such change. 4.5. The duration of the classes and the days on which the course will be held depend on each particular course. This information will always be provided before the realisation of the same and the student must be aware of it before enrolling in any of the courses. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF STUDENTS 5.1. The student must connect via video call or present himself at the centre’s facilities on the day and time agreed in advance between the user and the teacher. The necessary information for the completion of the course will be provided by mobile phone or email prior to its completion.

Text 5.2. Enrolment may or may not be charged. This will depend on the nature of them and the judgement of Estualia. A deposit of €20 may be requested that will be deducted from the entire course as long as the student has completed the entire course and retained in its entirety if the student does not comply with the agreed acts.

Text 5.3. The student can cancel and cancel his/her participation in the initially agreed course seven days before the course at no cost. Likewise, the student may unsubscribe and cancel his/her participation in the previously chosen course within seven calendar days after its start, owing only the proportional part until his/her departure or he/she may receive a bonus for the proportional amount to use in any other course offered by Estualia without an expiration date. If the limit of seven calendar days after the start of the course is exceeded, it will be charged in full. Estualia BASIC and Estuauia PREMIUM are not refundable under any circumstances.

5.4. The access data sent by the teacher to join any video call or access to the virtual campus are confidential and non-transferrable. The student agrees to keep them secret. The student is responsible for all the activity resulting from non-compliance with this condition. 5.5. The student accepts that his/her participation in those courses that for educational purposes and/or to improve the student’s experience require the recording of them will be recorded. If you do not accept this condition, you must submit a letter reporting it and exercising your rights to privacy to the email contacto@estualia.es. 5.6. The student has the right to the correction, by the services of the Centre of the scheduled exercises, as well as to receive answers to as many queries as he/she wishes to make on the specific subjects of the preparation course and the necessary guidance in the course of his/her studies. 5.7. The student must treat and be treated with the utmost respect to/by the rest of the students and teachers or any person within the course exercise. 5.8. The student agrees to communicate to the administration any variation of the personal data reflected in this document, declining Estualia any type of responsibility derived from that lack of communication in the event that this prevents the correct provision of the contracted services. INFORMATION ABOUT TEACHERS 6.1. The teachers act according to the legality by realising the income and costs of this activity. GUARANTEE, CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT 7.1. In the relationship between the student and the teacher, the regulatory guarantees apply. 7.2. If the teacher has not complied with the contract or has done so in a deficient way (e.g., not showing up or arriving late, does not have the adequate knowledge, provides inadequate treatment of the user, etc.), the student can cancel the contract at any time. The student and the teacher accept that all communications maintained through all the means in which they have been carried out are reviewed, as well as that the video call sessions are reviewed, as long as they have been recorded, so that an independent body can issue a judgement. If the teacher’s fault is proven, the sessions that remain to be carried out will be reimbursed through the same payment method used by the student. Responsibility 8.1. The teacher is only responsible, regardless of the legal basis, if he/she incurs serious or intentional negligence causing any damage. The teacher’s liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in the case of personal injury.

CONTRACT DURATION / TERMINATION 9.1 The contractual relationship between the teacher and the student begins with the payment of the course by the student and ends when all the sessions of the course have been held. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA 10.1. Your personal data will be used for our relationship and to be able to provide you with our services. Such data is necessary to be able to relate to you, which allows us to use your information within the legality. Likewise, those entities that need to have access to it so that we can provide our services may be aware of your information. We will keep your data during our relationship and as long as we are required by applicable laws. At any time you can contact us to know what information we have about you, rectify it if it is incorrect and delete it once our relationship is over. You also have the right to request the transfer of your information to another entity (portability). To request any of these rights, you must make a written request to contacto@estualia.es along with a photocopy of your ID. In case you understand that your rights have been ignored, you can make a claim to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es).
